Topic: What I will do if elected
Mark Costello has over 25 years of business experience in forming businesses and creating jobs. He started his first business in 1984 and founded American Computer & Telephone in 1991. Today he serves as Chairman of USA Digital, a telecom company licensed in 40 states. Mark became active in pro-life activities while in college and is a life member of the NRA. He is a 4th generation Oklahoman who graduated from the University of Kansas in 1980. He and his wife Cathy have been married for 28 years and have 5 children. He and his family reside in the Oklahoma City area where they are members of
Christ the King Church.

Rep. Ken Miller is an economics professor at Oklahoma Christian University where he teaches the virtues of the free market system. He began his career in banking. He was elected to the Oklahoma House of Representatives in 2004 representing House District 81. He is the current Chairman of the House Appropriations and Budget Committee where he oversees 7 subcommittees responsible for state fiscal policy. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from Lipscomb University, an MBA from Pepperdine University and a PhD in political economics at the University of Oklahoma. He resides in Edmond.

Mark Croucher and John Doak, Republican candidates for Insurance Commissioner
Mark Croucher has a varied background in business, including a wholesale company which delivered products to small businesses in Oklahoma. He worked in the health and life insurance business, and became an independent insurance agent in 2004. He has trained insurance agents all over Oklahoma. He and his wife Ginger have 5 children. They reside in Jenks where they are active members of First Baptist Church.

John Doak has spent most of his adult life providing insurance options to Oklahomans. He started a Farmer’s Insurance Agency branch in Tulsa in 1989. After leaving Farmer’s, he worked at the executive level in the insurance industry. He later opened a successful State Farm agency in Sand Springs. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1989 with a BA in political science. He and his wife Debby have 2 children
and they live in Tulsa.
