As Chief of the Detention Division, Tim Albin is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the David L. Moss Criminal Justice Center, the 1,700 inmate capacity jail.  Chief Albin joined the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) in April 1989.  Albin is the SWAT Commander for the TCSO Special Operations Team.  He is the Supervisor of the TCSO Reserves Unit Committee.  He is a member of the Oklahoma Sheriff’s Association and the National Sheriff’s Association.  Albin earned a B. S. degree in Management and Ethics from Mid American Christian University, and an A. A. degree in Criminal Justice from Oklahoma Junior College in El Reno.
